The term free sport fishing days shall mean the last full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) in the month of June, the weekend immediately preceding Presidents Day in the month of February, the fourth Saturday in the month of September, and the official United States public holiday known as Veterans Day observed on November 11. On free sport fishing days, the sport fishing license requirement of the Fish and Wildlife Law is suspended. All other provisions of such law with respect to sport fishing shall remain in full force and effect during free sport fishing days. Any and all other rules, regulations and permit requirements shall also remain in full force and effect.
