Section 88.2 - Other provisions

The following provisions shall apply to each person while sport fishing in the Oyster Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

(a) Each person shall secure and possess the required State license.
(b) Each person shall comply with the applicable provisions of Federal law and regulations.
(c) Each person shall comply with the applicable provisions of the laws and regulations of the State unless further restricted by Federal law or regulations.
(d) Each person shall comply with the terms and conditions authorizing access or use of the wildlife refuge areas.
(e) Each person shall comply with the provisions of this Part. Such special regulations are published in the Federal Register and are available at the Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge headquarters.
