Section 111.2 - Prohibited acts
(a) No person, except an agent or employee of the department, shall take fish by any means from the rearing ponds or associated waters of the hatchery. Taking means pursuing, shooting, hunting, killing, capturing, trapping, snaring and netting fish, and all lesser acts such as disturbing, harrying, worrying, or placing, setting, drawing or using any net or other device commonly used to take fish.
(b) No person shall obstruct, prevent or attempt to prevent any officer or employee of the department from performing his or her legal duties, by means of intimidation, physical force, interference or disobedience of any lawful order or by means of any independently unlawful act.
(c) No unauthorized person shall possess firearms or alcoholic beverages, on hatchery property.
(d) No person shall fail to remove their vehicle from a hatchery parking area after close of visiting hours unless authorized by the Hatchery Supervisor.
(e) No person shall injure, deface, disturb or befoul any part of an area or any building, sign, equipment or other property found thereon, nor shall any plant or mineral be removed, injured or destroyed.
(f) No person shall at any time fail to comply with the reasonable demand or direction of any authorized department employee or fail to comply with the instructions on department signs.
