Section 12.1 - Spring creek in caledonia state fish hatchery
(a) The taking of all species of fish in Spring Creek on property of the Caledonia State Fish Hatchery, upstream from the hatchery, in the Town of Caledonia in Livingston County shall be subject to the following regulations:
(1) No person shall enter the fishing area except through the main entrance of the Caledonia State Fish Hatchery.
(2) No person shall take fish except from the walk provided along the east bank of the stream beginning at a point 200 feet above the hatchery dam and extending upstream to a sign designating the end of the fishing area.
(3) No person shall wade in the stream or fish from a boat, canoe or raft.
(4) No person shall cut, damage or destroy any live vegetation along the banks of the stream or any aquatic vegetation growing in the stream, nor shall any person build fires in the fishing area.
(b) The taking of all species of fish in Spring Creek on property of the Caledonia State Fish Hatchery, downstream from the railroad trestle for a distance of 900 feet in the Town of Wheatland, Monroe County, shall be subject to the following:
(1) No person shall enter this fishing area through the main entrance of the Caledonia State Fish Hatchery.
(2) No person shall fish from a boat, canoe or raft.
(3) No person shall cut, damage or destroy any live vegetation along the banks of the stream or any aquatic vegetation growing in the stream, nor shall any person build fires in the fishing area.
