Section 1.27 - Alternative deer harvest strategies
(a)Antler restrictions.
(1) An antlered deer is defined as a deer with at least one antler measuring three inches or more in length.
(2) The table below describes the minimum antler requirements, by wildlife management unit (WMU) as described in section 4.1 of this Title, for an antlered deer to be legally taken.

(ii) Any deer with at least one antler measuring at least 3 inches in length.all other WMUs

(3) Hunters under the age of 17 are exempt from subparagraph (2)(i) of this subdivision and may take any deer with an antler or antlers measuring three inches or more in length.
