Section 74.4 - Administrative responsibilities of employers(a) Each employing agency shall be responsible for performing the following administrative functions: (1) enrollment of employees and their dependents;(2) distribution of certificates and such other materials as may be required in connection with the administration of the plan;(3) maintenance of enrollment and up-to-date eligibility records for covered employees;(4) reporting enrollment transactions in a manner and form approved by the president; and(5) reporting such information and data concerning the administration and operation of the plan as the president may require.(b) Such functions shall be carried out in conformity with standards and procedures approved by the president. Enrollment and eligibility records shall be maintained in a manner and form approved by the president.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 4 § 74.4
