Section 3.1 - Notice of minimum balance requirements to be given depositors

The Banking Board has adopted section 67.2, Part 67, general regulations of the Banking Board to insure that every depositor having a day-of-deposit to day-of-withdrawal account with a minimum balance requirement be given due notice of such requirement.
