The application submitted to the New York City of the Banking Department at the address set forth in section 1.1 of Supervisory Policy G 1 of this Title, should state the reason for any proposed change, should include addresses of the offices affected by any such proposed change, and should be accompanied by a copy of the resolution of the board of directors/trustees authorizing such application. (Banking organizations subject to article III, VI or X of the Banking Law eligible for the expedited branch application process may submit a statement that a resolution has been passed in lieu of submitting a copy.)
