Section 114.2 - Designation of privacy compliance officer

(a) The Secretary of the Banking Board is hereby designated Privacy Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that the department complies with the provisions of the Personal Privacy Protection Law and this Supervisory Procedure and for coordinating the department's response to requests for records or amendment of records.

(b) The address and telephone number of the privacy compliance officer is the New York City office of the Banking Department, at the address and telephone number set forth in section 1.1 of Supervisory Policy G 1 of this Title.
