Every licensee shall maintain samples of all advertising material used by it (including commercial script of all radio broadcasts) for a period of two years from the date of its use and shall inform the superintendent of the licensed location at which such materials are kept. Such samples shall be available for inspection at any time by a representative of the Banking Department.
