The Banking Board hereby grants permission for any officer, director or employee of any bank or trust company organized or existing under the laws of this State to be at the same time an officer, director or employee of Discount Corporation of New York, provided Discount Corporation of New York confines its dealings in securities to underwriting, distributing and dealing in such securities as national banks may lawfully underwrite and deal in pursuant to paragraph seventh of section 5136, Revised Statutes (12 U.S.C. sec. 24).
