Section 28.4 - Designation of international lending facilities

Pursuant to Banking Law, section 103(1)(c), the Banking Board hereby designates Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the International American Development Bank as international lending facilities.
