Section 1000.15 - Lesser number of records

(a) Motion. A motion for permission to perfect an appeal on less than the required number of records may be made by any party pursuant to section 1000.13(a) of this Part.

(b) Supporting papers. An affidavit in support of a motion to perfect an appeal on less than the required number of records shall comply with section 1000.14(a)(1) of this Part.

(c) Relief under motion. When a motion to perfect an appeal on less than the required number of records has been granted, an appellant shall perfect the appeal as set forth in section 1000.14(c)(2) of this Part. A respondent shall comply with section 1000.14(e) of this Part.
