Section 690.2 - Clerk of court may divulge to governmental agencies papers and records on applications for admission to the bar

The clerk of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, second judicial department, is hereby authorized, without further court order, to divulge and make available to any department, agency, board, bureau, court or judge of the Federal, State or local governments, upon an appropriate written request, the papers and records on any application to said court for admission to the bar and on any motion incident or related to such application.
