An advisory committee may, at any time, recommend to the Presiding Justice that an attorney be removed from the panel. Such recommendation shall be submitted in writing, together with a report of the basis for such recommendation. Such recommendation shall not be required where an attorney is not reappointed at the expiration of his or her term. The Presiding Justice shall have the power to remove members of the Family Court attorneys for children panels and members of panels established for attorneys assigned pursuant to Family Court Act, section 262.
