Section 613.6 - Monitoring process
(a) All organizations awarded contracts by the City of New York for the provision of defense services shall be monitored from the time the contract is awarded by the oversight committee.
(b) The committee, in accordance with the "General Requirements For All Organized Providers of Defense Services to Indigent Defendants," shall make a determination as to whether the organizations that contract with the City of New York meet those standards.
