Section 606.9 - Assignment of counsel in Surrogate's Court

Counsel to be assigned pursuant to Surrogate's Court Procedure Act, section 407 shall be selected from such panels as have been established in the First Judicial Department for use in the Family Court in conformity with article 18-B of the County Law.
