Rule 202.70.12 - Non-Appearance at Conference

The failure of counsel to appear for a conference may result in a sanction authorized by section 130.2.1 of the Rules of the Chief Administrator or section 202.27 of this Part, including dismissal, the striking of an answer, an inquest or direction for judgment, or other appropriate sanction.
