Section 2250.8 - Fees

(a) There shall be no fee charged for:

(1) inspection of records;

(2) search for records;

(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.

(b)

(1) The fee for photocopies not exceeding 81/2 by 14 inches is 25 cents per page.

(2) The fee for copies of records other than photocopies which are 81/2by 14 inches or less in size shall be the actual copying cost excluding fixed agency costs such as salaries.
