Section 1550.12 - Public notice

In each office of the fund, a notice shall be posted stating:

(a) The time and location where records shall be made available for inspection and copying;

(b) The name, title, business address and business telephone number of the records access officer and fiscal officer of the fund; and

(c) The right to appeal by any applicant denied access to a record for whatever reason and the name and business address of the fund's general manager, the person to whom an appeal is to be directed.
