Section 1274.5 - Vehicles to yield right of way to aircraft

All ground self-propelled vehicles, except emergency equipment responding to an alarm, shall yield the right of way to any and all aircraft in motion. All aircraft shall hold their positions, and/or clear runways during an emergency unless otherwise directed by the control tower.
