Section 1271.28 - Parked aircraft to show running lights between sunset and sunrise

Every aircraft parked on a public ramp or apron area, public passenger ramp or apron area, or public cargo ramp and apron area shall have its running lights lighted during the hours between sunset and sunrise except in areas designated by the manager.
