Section 1262.21 - Vehicle windows to be free of cracks, blisters, discoloration and like defects

The windshields and/or windows of an automotive vehicle or piece of mobile equipment shall be free of cracks, blisters, discoloration or any defect causing distortion or obstruction of the vision of the operator thereof.
