Section 1243.27 - Passenger wharfage

(a) The following charge will be made against all vessels (exclusive of excursion boats or sight-seeing yachts), operating in foreign, coastwise or intercoastal service, which embark or disembark passengers over the mooring facilities at a terminal:

(1) For each passenger, not exceeding 100............ $3

(2) For each passenger, over 100............ $1

(b) Excursion boats and sight-seeing vessels which embark or disembark passengers over the mooring facilities at a terminal:

For each passenger............ 25 cents
