Section 1225.31 - Bringing or keeping empty or partially empty containers of oil, paint or varnish in terminal prohibited

No person shall bring or cause to be brought into or keep in a truck terminal any container which has been emptied or partially emptied of oil, paint or varnish (except as part of a shipment).
