Section 1225.54 - Removal of abandoned vehicles to be at owner's risk and expense

An automotive vehicle abandoned in a truck terminal may be parked, garaged or stored elsewhere at the risk and expense of the operator. An automotive vehicle shall be deemed to have been abandoned when it is not removed or claimed by the operator thereof for a period of 10 days if it is parked in the vehicular parking area of a truck terminal or for a period of 24 hours if it is parked in any area of a truck terminal.
