Section 1225.51 - Disabled vehicles subject to removal at operators risk and expense

Disabled vehicles, other than the vehicles of a carrier parked in berth space exclusively licensed to such carrier, may be removed to another location at the truck terminal by the Port Authority, or, at the option of the Port Authority, parked, garaged or stored elsewhere at the risk and expense of the operator.
