Section 1225.43 - Vehicle operators to be properly licensed

No person shall operate an automotive vehicle in a truck terminal without a motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license issued by a State bureau of motor vehicles, permitting the operation by such person of the particular type of vehicle operated by him.
