Section 1225.40 - Vehicles so loaded, constructed, operated, equipped or maintained as to endanger persons or property, or to obstruct traffic barred from terminal

No vehicle which is loaded in such a manner, or with such materials or is so constructed, operated, equipped or maintained as to be likely to endanger persons or property, or to obstruct traffic, shall be permitted in or upon a truck terminal.
