Section 1225.23 - Freight subject to I.C.C. regulations not handled unless in compliance with such regulations

Freight subject to the I.C.C. regulations will not be handled at a truck terminal unless it in every respect complies with said regulations, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, regulations regarding forbidden articles, proper condition for transportation, containers, packing, marking, labeling, description, certification, quantity limitation and loading.
