Section 1221.8 - Use of sinks, drains, toilets, etc. for disposal of substances other than those intended prohibited

The occupant shall not use any wash bowl, toilet, slop sink or drain, whether located in its space or elsewhere in the terminal, for any purpose other than those for which it was designed and manufactured, and in no event shall the occupant dispose or attempt to dispose of thereby any improper articles or substances (whether solid or liquid), including without limiting the generality thereof, garbage, refuse, sweepings, rubbish, rags, ashes or litter.
