Section 1221.2 - Use of common areas

The occupant shall use the common areas in the terminal, including without limiting the generality thereof, all entrances, exits, passages, halls, corridors, courts, vestibules, stairways, escalators and elevators, solely for purposes of ingress and egress to and from its space and the occupant shall not cause any obstruction of or loiter in any such common areas.
