Unless other provisions for the removal of disabled vehicles has been made by agreement, the Port Authority shall have the right to require, by five minutes' notice which may be given orally to the driver, the removal from the terminal (or to a different location in the terminal), of any vehicle which has become disabled in the terminal. In the event such vehicle is not so removed, the Port Authority may remove it under the provisions of section 1220.67.
