Section 1220.63 - Operation of vehicles within terminal regulated

No person shall operate a vehicle in the terminal in a careless and negligent manner or in disregard of the right or safety of others, or without due caution, or at a speed in excess of speed limits posted in the area where the vehicle is being operated, or in any event at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour, or at any speed or in any manner which endangers or is likely to endanger persons or property, or while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any narcotic or habit- forming drug.
