Section 1220.54 - Persons driving highway vehicles within terminal required to be duly licensed to operate such vehicles

No person shall drive any highway vehicle (except a horse-drawn vehicle) in the terminal without a motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license issued by appropriate governmental authority permitting the driving by such person of the particular type of vehicle driven and valid within the State of New York.
