Section 1211.130 - Any article referenced to this section

(a) Any article listed in section 1211.150 and referenced to this section may or may not be a poisonous substance. When such article is not identified by the prescribed D.O.T. caution label for dangerous articles and is known not to meet the description of a dangerous article, the article is allowed passage provided the shipping order, bill of lading, or other shipping paper shows the following certification:

"This shipment conforms to Port Authority of New York and New Jersey rules for the transportation of explosives and other dangerous articles via its tunnels, the G.W.B. Lower Level and G.W.B. Expressway."
