Section 1211.23 - Compressed gases referenced to this section

(a) Compressed gases listed in section 1211.150 and referenced to this section are not restricted, regardless of quantity or size of containers.

(b) No tank vehicle, loaded or empty, is allowed passage if the vehicle is used for the transportation of any compressed gas referenced to this section.
