Stalled or disabled vehicles may be removed from the roadways of the vehicular crossings by the Port Authority and parked, garaged or stored elsewhere at the risk and expense of the owner. Vehicles may, at the discretion of the manager, be parked on Port Authority property in designated places for periods not exceeding 48 hours.
