Section 1200.1 - General
(a) Use of the Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, George Washington Bridge (includes the George Washington Bridge upper and lower levels and the George Washington Bridge Expressway--a 12 lane open cut highway which connects both levels of the bridge with Amsterdam Avenue, the Harlem River Drive, the Alexander Hamilton Bridge and the Cross Bronx Expressway [Interstate Highway 95]), Bayonne Bridge, Goethals Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing, by any vehicle, pedestrian or other form of traffic shall be deemed to be conditioned upon the observance of the rules and regulations set forth in this Article, or any rules and regulations hereafter promulgated by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey or pursuant to its authority; all rights, privileges, licenses and permits, express or implied, for the use of said vehicular crossings by any vehicle, pedestrian or other form of traffic heretofore or hereafter granted by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey or pursuant to its authority shall be and shall be deemed to be revocable; and each such right, privilege, license or permit shall at the option of the Port Authority or its duly authorized representative be and be deemed to be revoked and canceled by and upon the breach of any such rules and regulations or of the violation while in or upon the said vehicular crossings of any applicable laws or ordinances.
(b) Nothing herein contained or omitted from the rules and regulations set forth in this Article shall be construed to relieve any person whatsoever from exercising all reasonable care to avoid or prevent injury or damage to persons or property.
