Section 1100.9 - Subject matter of files

(a) Subject matter of the commission's files are maintained in the following manner:

(1) Commission reports.

(2) Legislative memorandum.

(3) Records of public hearings

(4) Correspondence.

(b) Records access officers will assist applicant to identify the location of records.
