Section 1026.1 - Waiver of requirements

The chairman may, on a case-by-case basis, waive any of the requirements set forth in Parts 1024 and 1025 of this Title, upon the written application of any person, provided that such person demonstrates that the issuance of such waiver would:

(a) be in the public interest;
(b) promote the safe and efficient flow of traffic and commerce; and
(c) preserve the health, safety and welfare of other persons using the facilities of the authority, and the general public. The chairman may grant such waiver upon any terms and conditions he considers appropriate for the proper regulation of the use of facilities of the authority.
