The provisions of the regulations of the U.S.D.O.T. and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission which have been incorporated by reference in this section have been filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of New York, the publications so filed being the booklets entitled: Code of Federal Regulations, title 49, parts 100 to 177, revised as of October 1, 1986; Code of Federal Regulations, title 49 parts 178 to 199, revised as of October 1, 1986; Code of Federal Regulations, title 49, parts 200 to 399, revised as of October 1, 1986; and Code of Federal Regulations, title 10, parts 0 to 199, revised as of January 1, 1987; published in the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration, as a special edition of the Federal Register.
