Slow-moving vehicles shall under all circumstances remain in the right-hand lane, except when otherwise directed. All traffic shall normally stay in the right-hand lane, except when overtaking other traffic on the bridges. In the tunnels, where the roadway is divided into lanes, vehicles shall not cross the dividing line unless so directed by an employee on duty.
