Section 1023.4 - Traffic signal lights

Traffic signal lights used in vehicular tunnels and on bridges shall have the following meanings:

Green light: all vehicles may proceed.

Red light: all vehicles shall stop.

Amber light: all vehicles shall proceed with caution.
