Section 800.21 - Safety measure against disease

Masters of all vessels are required to place guards or other effective appliances on all hausers and lines, attached to the dock, to prevent rats from moving between ship and dock. Likewise, gang-ways or other connections between the boat and dock, when not in use, must be similarly protected.
