Section 4100.3 - Time and place of meetings of commission

Public notice of the time and place of any meeting of the commission will be given to the news media at least one week before such meeting and any interested person may attend such meeting. Informal meetings of commissioners shall not be regarded within the purposes of this section as a meeting of the commission.
