Section 901.2 - Procedure

(a) Upon request being made to the fund, either oral or written, applicant shall reduce such request to writing on a form provided by the fund. A copy of such form is attached to this regulation.[FN*]

(b) Upon approval by the fund of such request, applicant shall be given access to the specific records requested, if available, for inspection and copying at the fund's offices.

(c) Fees for making copies for applicant are established at 25 cents per page.
