(a) Fees and charges. All fees, charges and surcharges payable under the provisions of these regulations shall be paid to the Buffalo Sewer Authority. These charges shall be as specified in the latest edition of the Buffalo Sewer Authority Schedule of Sewer Rents (see Appendix 52 of this Title).(b) Estimated quantities and values. Unless otherwise provided herein, whenever the fees, charges and surcharges required by these regulations are based on estimated quantities the general manager shall make such determinations in accordance with estimating practices heretofore used by the B.S.A. or as he deems appropriate in the best interest of B.S.A.(c) Payment of charges and delinquent charges. All fees, charges and surcharges imposed under the provisions of these regulations as well as delinquent charges will be as specified in the latest edition of the B.S.A. schedule of Sewer Rents (see Appendix 52 of this Title).
