This Part sets forth procedures in addition to those contained in 6 NYCRR Part 617 that are necessary and appropriate for the Long Island Power Authority's implementation of the State Environmental Quality Review Act following the authority's acquisition of the Long Island Lighting Company. The terms used in this Part have the meanings given them in 6 NYCRR Part 617 unless the context otherwise requires.
