Section 5908.6 - Approval or disapproval of application

(a) An application, when reviewed and accepted by the foundation staff, shall be considered by the technology and disabilities program committee, which may either reject the application or recommend the approval of the application and transmittal thereof to the board. In either case, the T&D program manager shall promptly notify the applicant of the technology and disabilities program committee action after it has completed its review.

(b) An application shall not be deemed to have final approval until it is approved by the board.
